David E. Lyon

Mr. Lyon has successfully handled matters in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court, involving the full gamut of complex litigation matters, including high profile employment disputes, intellectual property conflicts, commercial real estate disputes, insurance matters, and corporate governance issues. In addition, Mr. Lyon is a trained mediator and has assisted in the mediation and arbitration of a number of litigation matters. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Lyon is a published author and illustrator of illustrated children’s books.
