David E. Lyon

With over twenty years experience in complex civil litigation, Mr. Lyon has successfully handled a wide variety of matters, including employment  and labor disputes, intellectual property conflicts, partnership  disputes, insurance matters, and corporate governance issues.  At Ruiz & Sperow, LLP, Mr. Lyon has successfully defended complex, state-court litigation involving novel issues of law and has defended several labor arbitrations.  In addition, Mr. Lyon is a trained mediator and has assisted in the mediation and arbitration of a number of litigation matters.  In addition to his legal work, Mr. Lyon is a published author and illustrator of several children’s picture books and other graphic works.
