Dianna Jou

Ms. Jou represents and advises public employers on a variety of labor, employment and education matters. Before joining Ruiz & Sperow, she was a labor negotiations assistant for the City & County of San Francisco. She gained valuable collective bargaining experience and assisted with several public safety contracts. In addition, she dealt with grievances at all levels for various bargaining units.

Ms. Jou has a background and a degree concentration in Public Interest. Ms. Jou was a member of the UC Hastings Race & Poverty Law Journal and participated in the Civil Justice Clinic: Group Advocacy and Systemic Reform. She speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese fluently, and Spanish proficiently.
