Eric R. DeWalt

Eric R. DeWalt graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in History and also holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Memphis State University. Mr. DeWalt obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Law Review and served as an extern to the Honorable Allen E. Broussard, Justice of the California Supreme Court. Mr. DeWalt has twenty years of experience as a civil litigator specializing in general business litigation, labor and employment, tort litigation and environmental law.

Mr. DeWalt has successfully litigated cases on behalf of employers sued for wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. Mr. DeWalt is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court, Northern District and United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit.
