Mr. Hersh represents entities regarding employment and other business-related disputes. Mr. Hersh has substantial experience litigating in state and federal courts and various administrative forums. Prior to joining Ruiz & Sperow LLP, he spent more than five years at DLA Piper US LLP (formerly Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich), where he litigated a variety of technology and Internet-related disputes regarding subjects including intellectual property, First Amendment and contract law. Mr. Hersh received his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was on the Negotiations Team, for which he has subsequently served as a coach. Prior to law school, Mr. Hersh advised banks and other organizations regarding enterprise risk management strategies, asset-liability management, and regulatory issues. Mr. Hersh received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the College of William and Mary.
